Our services

  • Brass Deep Clean

    The instrument is fully disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned in an acidic solution to remove calcium and scale. The instrument is then repaired as needed and reassembled - slides lubricated and valves oiled, with new felts and corks installed. Springs are replaced as needed. Instruments with rotors have their bumper material replaced and ported, and rotors are restrung if applicable.

  • Brass Repair Services

    From minor dents and broken solders to crushed bells, extensive valve repairs, and rebuilding heavily damaged horns. Eric has the experience to repair any horn issue you may have to a high quality!

  • Trombone Slide Overhaul

    As a trombone player himself, Eric understands the importance of buttery smooth slide. Eric has taken pride in honing his craft to bring even the most damaged slides back to life.

  • Woodwind and brass Modification

    From ergonomic adjustments to intonation corrections. Modifications are available on a case by case basis upon inspection.

  • Woodwind Playing Condition (PC)

    Brings the instrument back into playing condition by regulating mechanisms and replacing necessary pads, springs, and materials. Typically this repair is reactive to bring an instrument back into working order after some damage has occurred.

  • Woodwind Clean, oil, and adjust (coa)

    Play condition plus complete disassembly and cleaning of key mechanisms, wood bodies are oiled, new lubricants added to keys. This repair is proactive to keep an instrument in top working condition and prolong the life of the instrument.

  • Woodwind Repad

    Clean body and keys, oil wood bodies, install new pads, key corks, and necessary springs, lubricate key mechanisms, adjust to play.

  • Woodwind Mechanical Overhaul

    Repad plus play is removed from key mechanisms, dents removed from body, tone holes leveled as necessary, key venting optimized for tone and intonation
